U.________ appealed to the Federal Supreme Court against a cantonal judgment refusing to entertain a revision request concerning a health-insurance decision of 21 April 2009. He argued, among other things, that the CHF 4,090 cost-sharing was not owed because of alleged unlawful treatment at a psychiatric clinic. The Court held that such liability and criminal-law allegations were irrelevant in a social-insurance revision proceeding, that the complaint did not address the cantonal reasoning, and that the minimal reasoning requirements were not met. The appeal was therefore not entered into, and no court costs were levied.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten (Eingaben vom 28. Dezember 2009 und 13. Januar 2010) gegen den Entscheid des Kantonsgerichts Basel-Landschaft vom 9. November 2009,

in Erwägung,
dass Prozessthema ist, ob das kantonale Gericht zu Recht nicht auf das Gesuch um Revision seines krankenversicherungsrechtlichen Entscheids vom 21. April 2009 (Art. 61 lit. i ATSG) eingetreten ist (BGE 117 V 121 E. 1 S. 122; 116 V 265 E. 2a S. 266), welche Frage auf der Grundlage des vorinstanzlich festgestellten Sachverhalts zu prüfen ist (Art. 105 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die Vorinstanz ihr Nichteintreten auf das Revisionsgesuch im Wesentlichen damit begründet hat, die Vorbringen zum einzig geltend gemachten Revisionsgrund, wonach dem Entscheid vom 21. April 2009 ein Verbrechen oder Vergehen zu Grunde liege, seien weder genügend substanziiert noch belegt,
dass der Beschwerdeführer sich mit den vorinstanzlichen Erwägungen nicht auseinandersetzt, und somit nicht darzutun vermag, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Bundesrecht verletzt (Art. 95 lit. a BGG),
dass der Beschwerdeführer sinngemäss u.a. vorbringt, die ihm auferlegte Kostenbeteiligung nach Art. 64 KVG in der Höhe von Fr. 4'090.- (vgl. Dispositiv-Ziffer 1 des Entscheids vom 21. April 2009) sei nicht geschuldet, weil die betreffende stationäre Behandlung in der Kantonalen Psychiatrischen Klinik X.________ vom ... bis ... aufgrund des wochenlangen Einsperrens unter massivster Druckausübung und Nötigung zu einer irreparablen Schädigung geführt habe,
dass haftungsrechtliche und strafrechtliche Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der erwähnten psychiatrischen Behandlung von vornherein nicht im krankenversicherungsrechtlichen Revisionsverfahren zu prüfen sind,
dass die Beschwerde insoweit nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG mangels sachlicher Zuständigkeit offensichtlich unzulässig ist,

dass die Beschwerde (Eingaben vom 28. Dezember 2009 und 13. Januar 2010) ferner den minimalen Begründungsanforderungen nicht genügt und daher darauf auch aus diesem Grunde nicht eingetreten werden kann (Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG sowie Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG),
dass auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten umständehalber zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Sozialversicherungsrecht, und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit schriftlich mitgeteilt.
