The appellant filed a complaint against a cantonal unemployment insurance decision. In such circumstances, the court may dispense with charging costs (consid. implicit).

in die Beschwerde des E.________ vom 14. März 2007 gegen einen Entscheid des Sozialversicherungsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 7. Februar 2007,
in die Verfügung vom 25. April 2007, mit welcher der Beschwerdeführer zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 7. Mai 2007 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
da der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
in Anwendung von Art. 62 Abs. 3, Art. 65 sowie Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG,
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich, der Arbeitslosenkasse des Kantons Zürich und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft zugestellt.

No. Because the advance was not paid by the extended deadline, the court did not enter into the appeal.
The appellant had been expressly warned that failure to pay the advance by 2007-05-07 would lead to non-entry. Since payment still did not occur, the procedural precondition for appellate review was not met.
