The appellant filed a federal appeal against the Valais cantonal insurance court judgment of 12 February 2007, but withdrew it by letter of 10 April 2007. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal, removed the case from the docket, and waived court costs.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal; the instructing judge may take note of the withdrawal and order the case struck from the docket. Under Art. 66 al. 1 second sentence LTF, court costs may be waived in such circumstances; the matter is then terminated without a merits decision.

qu'il convient d'en prendre acte et de renoncer à percevoir des frais (art. 66 al. 1 2ème phrase LTF),
par ces motifs, vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, le Juge instructeur ordonne :

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais de justice.
3.
Cette ordonnance sera communiquée aux parties, au Tribunal cantonal des assurances du canton du Valais et à l'Office fédéral de la santé publique.
