The insured person appealed a cantonal disability-insurance judgment to the Federal Supreme Court. The Court held that the appeal did not meet the statutory reasoning requirements because it failed to address the decisive considerations of the cantonal judgment and consisted only of appellatory criticism. In simplified procedure, the President therefore issued a non-entry decision. The Court waived court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, rendering the request for free legal aid moot. The decision was communicated to the parties, the cantonal court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde des B.________ vom 14. April 2011 (Datum des Poststempels) gegen den Entscheid des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, vom 10. März 2011 und das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Prozessführung,

in Erwägung,
dass ein Rechtsmittel gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG unter anderem die Begehren und deren Begründung zu enthalten hat, wobei in der Begründung in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Akt Recht verletzt; Art. 95 ff. BGG nennen dabei die vor Bundesgericht zulässigen Beschwerdegründe,
dass dabei konkret auf die für das Ergebnis des angefochtenen Entscheids massgeblichen Erwägungen der Vorinstanz einzugehen ist; eine rein appellatorische Kritik genügt nicht (vgl. BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 und 134 II 244 E. 2.3 S. 246 f.),
dass der Versicherte in seiner Beschwerde zwar die Vorgehensweise der IV-Stelle bei der Durchführung der vom kantonalen Gericht im früheren Rückweisungsentscheid (vom 9. Februar 2009) angeordneten ergänzenden Abklärungen kritisiert, ohne indessen auf die für den Ausgang des vorliegenden Verfahrens massgeblichen Erwägungen des nunmehr angefochtenen Entscheids (vom 10. März 2011) konkret einzugehen und anhand dieser Erwägungen im Einzelnen aufzuzeigen, inwiefern die Vorinstanz eine Rechtsverletzung gemäss Art. 95 f. BGG bzw. eine entscheidwesentliche, offensichtlich unrichtige oder unvollständige Sachverhaltsfeststellung im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG begangen haben sollte,
dass dieser Begründungsmangel offensichtlich ist, weshalb über die Beschwerde im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG entschieden werden kann,
dass in Anwendung von Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren verzichtet wird, womit sich das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Prozessführung als gegenstandslos erweist,

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern, Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Abteilung, und dem Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
