The appellant filed a federal appeal against a decision of the Zurich Social Insurance Court in an unemployment/accident insurance matter. The Federal Supreme Court ordered an advance on costs and set an extended deadline, warning that failure to pay would lead to non-entry. As the advance was still not paid by the deadline, the court did not enter into the appeal. No court costs were charged.
Art. 62 Abs. 3, Art. 65, Art. 66 Abs. 1 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs within the extended deadline leads to non-entry in summary procedure. Where the appellant is duly warned that failure to provide the advance within the prescribed additional time limit will result in inadmissibility, the Federal Supreme Court must refuse to enter into the appeal if payment is still outstanding at expiry of that deadline. In such a case, the court may waive the levying of costs.

in die Verfügung vom 15. März 2007, mit welcher der Beschwerdeführer zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses innert einer Nachfrist bis zum 30. März 2007 verpflichtet wurde, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde,
da der Beschwerdeführer den Vorschuss auch innerhalb der Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat,
in Anwendung von Art. 62 Abs. 3, Art. 65 sowie Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG
erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Sozialversicherungsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Bundesamt für Gesundheit zugestellt.

The appeal was not admitted because the appellant did not pay the advance costs even within the extended deadline.
After a warning under the court order of 2007-03-15, the appellant still failed to pay the advance; under the Federal Supreme Court Act this justified non-entry in summary procedure.
