Résumé Omnilex

P.________ appealed a Federal Administrative Court judgment in an invalidity insurance dispute. The Federal Supreme Court held that the supplemented complaint did not comply with the mandatory reasoning requirements because it did not explain why the factual findings were allegedly incorrect or legally flawed. In simplified proceedings, the Court therefore did not enter into the complaint. It waived court costs, which rendered the request for free legal proceedings moot. The decision was notified to the parties, the Federal Administrative Court, and the Federal Office for Social Insurance.

Regeste Omnilex

Art. 42 Abs. 1 und 2 BGG; Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG: A complaint to the Federal Supreme Court must state the relief sought and, in concise form, set out why the challenged decision violates law. In social insurance matters, factual findings may be challenged only if they are manifestly incorrect or based on a legal error and if the defect is outcome-determinative. Where the appellant's submissions do not engage with the decisive factual findings and do not substantiate an infringement, the complaint is inadmissible in simplified proceedings. If no court costs are levied under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG, a request for free legal aid becomes moot.

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid
des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts
vom 23. November 2010.

Nach Einsicht
in die am 10. Januar 2011 ergänzte Beschwerde vom 20. Dezember 2010 gegen den Entscheid des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts vom 23. November 2010,

in Erwägung,
