X.________ requested revision of a Federal Supreme Court judgment of 1 December 2007 that had not entered into his complaint for insufficient reasoning. The Criminal Division held that the revision request did not invoke any ground under Arts. 121-123 BGG and merely repeated arguments about a legal question of fundamental importance. That did not establish admissibility of the prior complaint or a revision ground. The court therefore did not enter into the revision request and imposed court costs of CHF 1,000 on the applicant.

Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

Das Bundesgericht trat mit Urteil vom 1. Dezember 2007 auf eine Beschwerde des Gesuchstellers nicht ein, weil sie unzulässige appellatorische Kritik enthielt und den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht entsprach (6B_699/2007). Im dagegen gerichteten Revisionsgesuch wird auf keinen der in Art. 121 - 123 BGG genannten Revisionsgründe verwiesen. Der Gesuchsteller macht nur geltend, es sei im Beschwerdeverfahren um eine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung gegangen. Selbst wenn dies zuträfe, würde es nichts daran ändern, dass auf eine Beschwerde nur eingetreten werden kann, wenn sie taugliche Rügen enthält und den Begründungsanforderungen genügt. Da das Vorbringen nicht geeignet ist, einen Revisionsgrund darzutun, ist darauf nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
