The Federal Supreme Court considered a revision request against its earlier judgment 6B_106/2009, in which it had not entered into the applicant’s appeal because the advance on costs had not been paid. Das Bundesgericht zieht in Erwägung:

Mit Urteil 6B_106/2009 vom 16. April 2009 trat das Bundesgericht auf eine Beschwerde des Gesuchstellers nicht ein, weil er den Kostenvorschuss nicht bezahlt hatte. Dieser wendet sich mit einem Revisionsgesuch ans Bundesgericht. Er macht indessen keinen der Revisionsgründe der Art. 121, 122 und 123 BGG geltend, sondern befasst sich ausschliesslich mit der materiellen Seite des Falles, was im Rahmen des Revisionsverfahrens unzulässig ist. Auf das Revisionsgesuch ist nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Gesuchsteller aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG). Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege ist in Anwendung von Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG abzuweisen, weil die Rechtsbegehren von vornherein aussichtslos erschienen.
Demnach erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Auf das Revisionsgesuch wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Gesuchsteller auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Kantonsgerichtsausschuss, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
