Résumé

The appellant informed the Federal Court by letters that she did not intend to pursue her appeal against the cantonal criminal appellate decision of 1 June 2012. The single judge took note of this declaration and ordered the case removed from the docket under Art. 32(2) LTF. The order further states that no judicial costs are charged and that the decision is communicated to the parties and the cantonal appellate criminal court.
