Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Luzern vom 15. April 2010.
Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Einmal mehr (letztmals im Verfahren 5A_369/2010 mit Urteil vom 17. Mai 2010) setzt sich der Beschwerdeführer in seiner 71 Seiten umfassenden Eingabe vor Bundesgericht nicht rechtsgenüglich mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids auseinander und zeigt nicht auf, inwiefern die Vorinstanz damit das schweizerische Recht im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG verletzt haben könnte. Er befasst sich z.B. mit der örtlichen Zuständigkeit (vgl. Beschwerde S. 9/10), ohne dass sich aus den wirren Ausführungen ergäbe, inwieweit die Vorinstanz mit ihrer Erwägung, aus den Unterlagen lasse sich nicht eruieren, wo der Erfolgsort der angeblich strafbaren Handlungen liegen soll (angefochtener Entscheid S. 3 E. 5), das Recht verletzt haben könnte. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Mit dem Entscheid in der Sache ist das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos geworden.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Wie in einer Vielzahl früherer Verfahren (z.B. Urteil 5A_77/2010 vom 29. Januar 2010) behält sich das Bundesgericht vor, weitere Eingaben in dieser Angelegenheit und insbesondere missbräuchliche Revisionsgesuche ohne förmliche Behandlung und ohne Antwort abzulegen.
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Luzern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
