Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Im angefochtenen Entscheid wurde auf eine Berufung nicht eingetreten, weil sie verspätet eingereicht worden war. Mit der Frage der Rechtzeitigkeit der Berufung befasst sich der Beschwerdeführer nicht. Folglich genügt die Eingabe den Anforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
2.
Auf eine Kostenauflage kann verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Freiburg und dem Kantonsgericht Freiburg, Strafappellationshof, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
