Der Einzelrichter zieht in Erwägung:

Der Beschwerdeführer wendet sich dagegen, dass eine Strafuntersuchung wegen mehrfacher falscher Anschuldigung eingestellt und im angefochtenen Entscheid eine dagegen gerichtete Beschwerde abgewiesen wurden. Die Rechtslage wurde ihm bereits mehrfach dargelegt (Urteile 6B_304/2009 vom 16. April 2009, 6B_773/2009 vom 13. Oktober 2009 und 6B_932/2009 vom 10. November 2009). Aus den dort genannten Gründen ist auch auf die vorliegende Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Einzelrichter:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Beschwerdekammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The complaint was inadmissible and the Federal Supreme Court would not enter into the matter under Art. 108 BGG.
The appellant merely repeated arguments already rejected in earlier Federal Supreme Court judgments; for the same reasons the present complaint could not be considered.
Allocation of federal court costs
Court costs were charged to the appellant.
As the complaint was not entered into, the appellant had to bear the costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
