Faits:

Par jugement du 20 décembre 2007, le Tribunal de police de l'arrondissement de la Broye et du Nord vaudois a reconnu A.__________ coupable de violation simple des règles de la circulation routière, pour ne pas avoir aperçu à temps X.B.__________ et lui avoir roulé sur la jambe, et l'a condamnée à 200 fr. d'amende.

Le 12 décembre 2008, X.A.__________, fils de X.B.__________, a porté plainte contre A.__________, lui reprochant, d'une part, d'avoir enfreint plusieurs règles de la circulation lorsqu'elle avait roulé sur la jambe de sa mère et, d'autre part, d'avoir menti sur les circonstances de cet accident lors de son procès.

Par arrêt du 6 février 2009, le Tribunal d'accusation du canton de Vaud a confirmé le refus du juge d'instruction de suivre à cette plainte. Dans la mesure où elle visait la violation des règles de la circulation, il a considéré qu'elle se heurtait à l'autorité du jugement du 20 décembre 2007. Quant aux mensonges imputés à A.__________, il a retenu, en premier lieu, qu'ils n'étaient étayés par aucun élément apporté par le recourant et, en second lieu, que même s'ils étaient établis, ils ne constitueraient pas une infraction pénale.

X.A.__________ recourt au Tribunal fédéral contre cet arrêt.

Considérant en droit:

En vertu de l'art. 42 al. 1 et 2 LTF, le recourant doit, sous peine d'irrecevabilité (art. 108 al. 1 let. b et 117 LTF), motiver son recours en exposant succinctement en quoi la décision attaquée viole le droit.

En l'espèce, le recourant, qui plaide sur le fond, ne prétend pas que le Tribunal d'accusation aurait faussement appliqué la règle de l'autorité de la chose jugée, qui interdit de remettre en cause la solution donnée à une affaire par un jugement (ici celui du 20 décembre 2007) qui ne peut plus faire l'objet d'un recours. Dans la mesure où il tend à l'annulation du refus de suivre à la plainte pour la violation des règles de la circulation, le recours ne satisfait donc manifestement aux exigences de motivation de l'art. 42 LTF.

En outre, le recourant ne soutient en aucune manière que le Tribunal d'accusation aurait faussement interprété le droit fédéral lorsqu'il a considéré que d'éventuels mensonges de A.__________ lors de son procès ne constitueraient pas une infraction pénale. Le recours est donc aussi insuffisamment motivé dans la mesure où il tend à l'annulation du refus de suivre à la plainte déposée pour ces mensonges. Partant, il doit être écarté en application de l'art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF.

Le recourant, qui succombe, supportera les frais de justice (art. 66 al. 1 LTF), réduits en principe à 800 fr. lorsque l'arrêt est rendu par un juge unique.

Par ces motifs, le Président prononce:

Le recours est irrecevable.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 800 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

3.
Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux parties et au Tribunal d'accusation du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud.
