Résumé

The appellant failed to comply with the Federal Supreme Court's order to file the challenged cantonal decision by 26 April 2010. As he did not respond, the Criminal Law Division held the appeal inadmissible and did not enter into it under Art. 108 BGG. In view of the circumstances, the court exceptionally waived court costs. The decision was communicated to the parties and to the Appellate Court of the Canton of Basel-Stadt.

Der Beschwerdeführer wurde in Anwendung von Art. 42 Abs. 3 und 5 BGG mit Verfügung vom 14. April 2010 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht bis am 26. April 2010 den angefochtenen Entscheid nachzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe. Er hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Androhungsgemäss ist auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Ausnahmsweise kann auf eine Erhebung von Gerichtskosten verzichtet werden.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt schriftlich mitgeteilt.
