Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerde richtet sich gegen eine Verurteilung wegen Missachtung der zulässigen Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Soweit sie sich nicht mit diesem Fall befasst, ist darauf nicht einzutreten. Soweit sie das Verfahren betrifft, genügen die Rügen den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht. Der Beschwerdeführer behauptet z.B., seine Angehörigen hätten keinen Zutritt zum Gerichtsaal der ersten Instanz erhalten (Beschwerde S. 3). Nach Auffassung der Vorinstanz hätte er dies sofort rügen müssen (angefochtener Entscheid S. 5 E. 5.2). Zu dieser Erwägung äussert er sich nicht, weshalb das Bundesgericht diese Frage in Anwendung von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht prüfen kann. Materiell brachte der Beschwerdeführer vor der Vorinstanz vor, dass der Nachweis, wer das Fahrzeug zum tatrelevanten Zeitpunkt gelenkt habe, nicht erbracht sei (angefochtener Entscheid S. 4 E. 3.1.). Zur Frage, wer der Fahrer war, führt die Vorinstanz unter anderem aus, der Beschwerdeführer selber habe vor der ersten Instanz bestätigt, die Person auf dem anlässlich der Radarkontrolle erstellten Foto zu sein (angefochtener Entscheid S. 4 E. 3.2.). Auch vor Bundesgericht bestätigt er "in aller Deutlichkeit", die Täterschaft nicht zu bestreiten (Beschwerde S. 4). Damit ist von seiner Täterschaft auszugehen, und seine allgemeinen Ausführungen zur Frage der Beweiswürdigung gehen an der Sache vorbei und stellen blosse appellatorische Kritik dar, die nicht zulässig ist. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Wie dem Beschwerdeführer mit Schreiben vom 12. Juli 2007 mitgeteilt wurde, wird über das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege nicht vorgängig, sondern mit dem Endentscheid befunden. Das Gesuch ist abzuweisen weil die Rechtsbegehren als aussichtslos erschienen (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG). Da der Beschwerdeführer seine angebliche Bedürftigkeit nur behauptet, kommt eine Reduktion der Gerichtsgebühr nicht in Betracht.

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Aargau und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Strafgericht, 3. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
