Résumé

The appellant withdrew his appeal to the Federal Supreme Court against the Geneva Court of Justice judgment. The single judge took formal notice of the withdrawal, ordered the case struck from the roll, and decided that no judicial costs would be charged. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal appellate criminal court.

Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of an appeal before the Federal Supreme Court: where the appellant expressly withdraws the appeal, the Court takes formal notice thereof and strikes the cause from the roll without entering into the merits. In such a procedural disposition, the Court may order that no judicial costs be levied, depending on the circumstances of the case.

que, par lettre de son conseil du 28 juin 2011, X.________ a déclaré retirer le recours qu'il avait interjeté au Tribunal fédéral contre l'arrêt rendu le 6 avril 2011 par la Cour de justice de la République et canton de Genève dans l'affaire P/14940/2002,

qu'il sied d'en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF), sans frais;

Par ces motifs, le Juge unique ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle.

2.
Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.

3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre pénale d'appel et de révision.
