Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Der angefochtene Entscheid wurde dem damaligen Vertreter des Beschwerdeführers am 30. Mai 2007 zugestellt. Da auf diese Zustellung abzustellen ist, lief die Beschwerdefrist von 30 Tagen gemäss Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG am 29. Juni 2007 ab. Die erst am 2. Juli 2007 auf die Post gegebene Beschwerde ist verspätet. Darauf ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Thurgau und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The appeal was filed too late because the operative service date was 2007-05-30 and the 30-day period expired on 2007-06-29.
The court relied on service to the appellant's former representative. The notice mailed only on 2007-07-02 was therefore out of time, so the court could not enter into the merits under Art. 108 BGG.
Who bears the court costs
The appellant must bear the court fee.
As the non-entry resulted from the inadmissibility of the late filing, costs were imposed on the appellant under Art. 66 para. 1 BGG.
