The appellant withdrew his criminal complaint by letter of 11 July 2007. The President of the Criminal Law Division of the Federal Supreme Court therefore ordered the case struck from the docket under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG and waived court costs. The order was communicated to the appellant, the Zurich public prosecutor’s office and the Zurich cantonal court.
