Der Präsident zieht in Erwägung:

Die Beschwerdeführerin wurde mit Verfügung vom 31. März 2014 aufgefordert, dem Bundesgericht spätestens am 30. April 2014 einen Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 800.-- einzuzahlen. Obwohl sie die Verfügung im Empfang genommen hat, bezahlte sie den Kostenvorschuss nicht. Mit Verfügung vom 7. Mai 2014 wurde ihr die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Nachfrist angesetzt bis zum 21. Mai 2014, ansonsten auf das Rechtsmittel nicht eingetreten werde. Die Verfügung kam mit dem Vermerk "Nicht abgeholt" zurück. Da die Beschwerdeführerin mit gerichtlichen Sendungen rechnen musste, gilt die Verfügung als zugestellt. Der Kostenvorschuss ging auch innert Nachfrist nicht ein. Auf die Beschwerde ist androhungsgemäss im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
