The appellant withdrew her criminal appeal to the Federal Supreme Court by letter of 3 April 2012. The single judge took note of the withdrawal, ordered the case struck from the roll, and decided that no judicial costs would be charged. The order was communicated to the parties and to the cantonal criminal appeal court.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal before the Federal Supreme Court: where the appellant withdraws the recourse, the court takes note thereof and strikes the case from the roll without ruling on the merits. In the absence of a merits decision, the proceedings are terminated by order; costs may be waived according to the dispositive terms of the order.

Par ces motifs, le Juge unique prononce:

La cause est rayée du rôle.

Il n'est pas prélevé de frais judiciaires.
