The Federal Court, acting through a single judge, held that the criminal complaint against the Schwyz authorities was querulous and failed to meet the federal reasoning requirements. Unspecific objections to the competence of authorities, without concrete and legally substantiated argumentation, fail the requirements of Art. 42 Abs. 2 and Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG. Costs are ordinarily borne by the unsuccessful party under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Das Kantonsgericht Schwyz trat am 27. November 2013 auf eine kantonale Beschwerde nicht ein, weil der Beschwerdeführer seine ungenügende Eingabe auch innert erstreckter Nachfrist nicht verbessert hatte. Die Beschwerde vor Bundesgericht ist als querulatorisch im Sinne von Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG einzustufen und damit unzulässig. Sie enthält nebst Ausführungen, die nicht zur Sache gehören, nur unsubstanziierte Rügen. So genügt das Vorbringen, es werde die örtliche, sachliche, formelle, materielle, funktionelle und personelle Zuständigkeit der Behörden des Kantons Schwyz bestritten (Beschwerde S. 4), in keiner Weise den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 bzw. Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.
Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 800.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Schwyz schriftlich mitgeteilt.
