The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appellant's criminal appeal against a Bernese appellate judgment fining him CHF 500 for speeding and not wearing a seat belt. It held that the constitutional complaints were insufficiently reasoned and that the appellant failed to show manifestly incorrect fact-finding. The appeal was therefore inadmissible under the summary procedure of Art. 108 BGG. Court costs of CHF 800 were imposed on the appellant.

Das Präsidium zieht in Erwägung:

Das Obergericht des Kantons Bern büsste den Beschwerdeführer mit Urteil vom 8. Februar 2007 wegen Nichtanpassens der Geschwindigkeit sowie Nichttragens der Sicherheitsgurte mit 500 Franken Busse. Soweit der Beschwerdeführer eine Verletzung der Art. 2 und 4 aBV rügt, ist darauf nicht einzutreten, weil die Beschwerde insoweit den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG nicht genügt. Im Übrigen befasst sich der Beschwerdeführer nur mit dem Sachverhalt, ohne dass sich aus der Beschwerde ergäbe, inwieweit dieser durch die Vorinstanz offensichtlich unrichtig im Sinne von Art. 97 Abs. 1 BGG festgestellt worden wäre. Auf die Beschwerde ist im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten.

Die Gerichtskosten sind dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG).

Demnach erkennt das Präsidium:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 800.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Generalprokurator des Kantons Bern und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, 1. Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
