The Federal Supreme Court declared the subsidiary constitutional appeal inadmissible because the appellant did not pay the CHF 500 advance on costs even after an extension of time. rigetto dell'opposizione,
ricorso sussidiario in materia costituzionale contro la sentenza emanata il 30 dicembre 2009 dalla Camera di cassazione civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
Considerando:
che B.________ ha chiesto ed ottenuto dal Giudice di pace del circolo di Vezia il rigetto definitivo dell'opposizione interposta da A.________ al precetto esecutivo fattogli notificare per l'incasso di fr. 849.05;
che con sentenza del 30 dicembre 2009 la Camera di cassazione civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino ha respinto un ricorso dell'escusso;
che A.________ è insorto al Tribunale federale contro tale decisione con un ricorso sussidiario in materia costituzionale;
che con decreto presidenziale del 14 gennaio 2010 il ricorrente è stato invano invitato a versare un anticipo spese di fr. 500.--;
che con decreto del 3 febbraio 2010 al ricorrente è stato concesso un termine suppletorio di 10 giorni dalla ricezione del decreto per provvedere al versamento del predetto anticipo;
che quest'ultimo decreto è stato notificato al ricorrente l'8 febbraio 2010;
che il 1° marzo 2010 la cassa del Tribunale federale ha constatato che il richiesto anticipo spese non è stato pagato né accreditato sul suo conto postale e che non le è pervenuto alcun avviso di addebito di un conto bancario o postale;
che in queste circostanze il Tribunale federale non può entrare nel merito del ricorso (art. 48 cpv. 4 e 62 cpv. 3 LTF);
che giusta l'art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF il Presidente della Corte decide in procedura semplificata i ricorsi manifestamente inammissibili;
che le spese giudiziarie seguono la soccombenza (art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF);
per questi motivi, la Presidente pronuncia:

Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 200.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.
3.
Comunicazione alle parti e alla Camera di cassazione civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
