The Swiss Federal Court took note of the appellant wife's withdrawal of her constitutional appeal against the judgment of the Tribunal civil de la Gruyère in provisional measures proceedings. In such a situation, where the circumstances so warrant, no judicial costs are charged and no party compensation is awarded. A pending request for legal aid becomes moot once the appeal is withdrawn and there is no longer a need to decide the merits of the application.

Par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu de frais judiciaires, ni alloué de dépens.
3.
La requête d'assistance judiciaire de la recourante est sans objet.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal civil de la Gruyère.
