Vu:
l'acte de recours du 29 décembre 2010;
la déclaration de retrait du recours déposée le 1er juin 2011 par la recourante et intervenant dans le cadre d'un accord entre les parties;
la réponse de l'intimé du 1er juin 2011 indiquant que ledit accord prévoit notamment que les frais de justice seront assumés par la recourante et que chaque partie honorera son avocat;
les art. 32 al. 2 LTF et 73 PCF en relation avec l'art. 71 LTF;
considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que l'émolument judiciaire incombe à la recourante (art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
que, s'agissant des dépens, il y a lieu de prendre acte de l'accord des parties de sorte que chacune d'elles honorera son mandataire (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Un émolument judiciaire de 300 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
Chaque partie supporte ses propres dépens.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal civil de l'arrondissement de la Sarine.

Whether the appeal should be struck from the docket after withdrawal.
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Under Art. 73 PCF in conjunction with Art. 71 LTF and Art. 32(2) LTF, a withdrawn appeal is removed from the docket.
Who bears the court fee after withdrawal.
The appellant must pay the court fee.
The ordinary rule of Art. 66(1) LTF was applied to place the fee on the withdrawing appellant.
How costs and party compensation should be allocated in light of the parties' settlement.
Each party bears its own lawyer's fees.
The Court took note of the parties' agreement that each side would pay its own counsel, in line with Art. 32(2) LTF.
