Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG gegen den Beschluss vom 3. November 2009 des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 23. Dezember 2009 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG) und dieser den Beschwerdegegner (auf Grund von Art. 68 Abs. 4 i.V.m. Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG) für die Parteikosten (Stellungnahme zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung) zu entschädigen hat,
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Der Beschwerdeführer hat den Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 2'000.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem verfahrensbeteiligten Amt und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the federal complaint should be dismissed as withdrawn
The proceedings were struck from the docket because the complainant withdrew the complaint.
After the filing had been withdrawn by letter of 23 December 2009, the president ordered the case closed as withdrawn under the applicable procedural rules.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 1,000 were imposed on the complainant.
Costs were charged to the withdrawing party under the rules governing withdrawn proceedings and court costs.
Party compensation for the respondent
The complainant must pay CHF 2,000 to the respondent as compensation for the federal proceedings.
The respondent was entitled to costs for its submission on the request for suspensive effect.
