Un émolument judiciaire de 300 fr. est mis à la charge du recourant.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la 15ème Chambre du Tribunal de première instance du canton de Genève.

Whether the appeal should be taken off the docket after withdrawal
The Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case removed from the docket.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal, there was no longer a need to adjudicate the merits, so the case had to be struck from the roll under the applicable procedural rules.
