In a civil appeal concerning a change of curator, the appellant withdrew the appeal after being invited to pay an advance on costs. qu'il convient de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
qu'il peut être renoncé en l'espèce à la perception d'un émolument judiciaire;
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et la cause est rayée du rôle.
2.
Il n'est pas perçu d'émolument judiciaire.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à l'Autorité tutélaire de surveillance du canton de Neuchâtel.
