in die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG gegen den Entscheid vom 29. April 2009 des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau,
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG dem Bundesgericht am 5. Juni 2009 (Freitag) und damit nach Ablauf (4. Juni 2009) der Beschwerdefrist von 30 Tagen (Art. 100 Abs. 1 BGG) seit der (sowohl gemäss abgestempelter Empfangsbestätigung wie auch gemäss Track & Trace-Auszug) am 5. Mai 2009 an der Adresse des Beschwerdeführers erfolgten Eröffnung des Entscheids des Obergerichts eingereicht hat,
dass auf die verspätete und damit offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass der Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Beschwerdegegnerin, die sich einer Teilnahme am bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren enthalten hat, keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen, jedoch ein Exemplar des bundesgerichtlichen Entscheids zugestellt wird,
dass die Abteilungspräsidentin den im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG ergehenden Entscheid fällt,
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 700.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Der Beschwerdegegnerin wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
