The appellant challenged a Zurich High Court decision concerning denial of justice before the Federal Supreme Court. After his request for free legal aid was refused as hopeless, he withdrew the appeal by letter of 8 July 2007. The division president therefore discontinued the proceedings and struck the case out. The appellant was ordered to pay a court fee of CHF 300. The court expressly declined to address the substantive questions raised in the withdrawal declaration.

When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the case from the roll without examining the merits. The discontinuance may be ordered by the division president. In such a situation, court costs are ordinarily charged to the withdrawing appellant under the applicable federal cost provisions. The court need not take a position on questions raised only in the withdrawal declaration (consid. 1).

Der Präsident hat nach Einsicht
in die als Beschwerde nach Art. 72ff. BGG entgegengenommene Eingabe gegen den Beschluss vom 2. Juni 2007 des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich (II. Zivilkammer als obere kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde in Schuldbetreibungs- und Konkurssachen),
in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe (nach sein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wegen Aussichtslosigkeit abweisender Verfügung vom 28. Juni 2007 samt Ansetzung einer nicht erstreckbaren Nachfrist gemäss Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG) mit Schreiben vom 8. Juli 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), unter Hinweis darauf, dass für das Bundesgericht kein Anlass besteht, zu den vom Beschwerdeführer in seiner Rückzugserklärung aufgeworfenen Fragen Stellung zu nehmen,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Betreibungsamt A.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.
