dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 18. Juni 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, der Y.________ AG und dem Betreibungsamt Kilchberg-Rüschlikon schriftlich mitgeteilt.
