ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 10 marzo 2008 dalla I Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
Visto:
che in data 11/14 aprile 2008 A.________ ha presentato ricorso in materia civile contro la sentenza 10/12 marzo 2008 della I Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino;
che con decreto 7 maggio 2008 il Presidente della II Corte di diritto civile del Tribunale federale ha parzialmente accolto la domanda di conferimento dell'effetto sospensivo al ricorso e ha sospeso la trattazione della procedura ricorsuale fino ad evasione della domanda di revisione cantonale;
che con scritto 29 maggio 2008, il ricorrente ha comunicato essere in corso trattative sulle conseguenze accessorie del divorzio, chiedendo di prorogare la sospensione del procedimento;
che con scritto 17 giugno 2008, il ricorrente comunica l'avvenuta sottoscrizione di una convenzione sulle conseguenze accessorie del divorzio, dichiarando pertanto il ritiro del gravame, con conseguente stralcio della procedura;
considerando:
che il Giudice dell'istruzione, competente in virtù dell'art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF, non può far altro che prendere atto del ritiro del ricorso e disporre lo stralcio della causa dai ruoli (artt. 71 LTF e 73 PC combin.);
che le spese giudiziarie, ridotte in applicazione dell'art. 66 cpv. 2 LTF, vanno poste a carico del ricorrente , mentre si compensano le ripetibili per la procedura attinente alle misure d'urgenza in ragione della reciproca soccombenza (art. 5 cpv. 2 PC, su rinvio dell'art. 71 LTF; artt. 66 cpv. 1 e 68 cpv. 1 LTF);
per questi motivi, il Giudice unico decreta:

La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.
2.
Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 600.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.
3.
Comunicazione ai patrocinatori delle parti e alla I Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.

The court merely took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case struck from the docket.
Under Art. 32(2) LTF, the single judge could only acknowledge the withdrawal and discontinue the proceedings by striking the matter from the register.

Court costs of CHF 600 were imposed on the appellant, with reduced costs applied.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the costs were placed on the appellant under Art. 66 LTF, with reduction justified by the circumstances; party costs for the urgent-measures proceedings were set off due to mutual defeat.
