in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer (nach sein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wegen Aussichtslosigkeit abweisender Verfügung vom 19. Juni 2007) die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 13. Juli 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch das präsidierende Mitglied (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP), die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG), dieser jedoch nicht zu einer Parteientschädigung an die nicht anwaltlich vertretene Beschwerdegegnerin für deren Stellungnahme zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung zu verpflichten ist,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Der Beschwerdegegnerin wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
