l'ordonnance du 20 février 2013 du Président de la IIe Cour de droit civil prononçant la suspension de la procédure jusqu'à droit connu sur la requête d'interprétation et de rectification pendante devant la Cour de justice du canton de Genève;
le courrier du 30 avril 2013 par lequel la recourante déclare retirer son recours suite à l'arrêt rendu par l'autorité précitée en date du 22 avril 2013;
considérant:
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que l'émolument judiciaire incombe à la recourante (art. 5 al. 2 PCF par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF; art. 66 al. 1 LTF);
par ces motifs, le Président ordonne:

La cause 5A_138/2013 est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Un émolument judiciaire de 500 fr. est mis à la charge de la recourante.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre civile.
