Résumé

The appellant withdrew her civil appeal against the Bern Appellate Court’s decision on provisional debt enforcement relief. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the docket and charged the appellant with a court fee of CHF 300. The order was issued by the presiding judge in written proceedings and notified to the parties and the cantonal court.

The withdrawal terminates the appeal proceedings without a merits decision. Costs are allocated according to the statutory rules governing withdrawal and court fees; in particular, the withdrawing party generally bears the costs (consid. corresponding to the order).

dass die Beschwerdeführerin die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 26. April 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt:
1.
Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 1. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
