in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gleichzeitig mit der vorliegenden staatsrechtlichen Beschwerde eine Berufung einreichte, welche mit heutigem Datum gutgeheissen wurde, was zur Aufhebung des angefochtenen Urteils führt;
dass damit das vorliegende Beschwerdeverfahren gegenstandslos geworden ist, weshalb es abzuschreiben ist;
dass bei Gegenstandslosigkeit des einen von zwei in der gleichen Sache eingelegten Rechtsmitteln derjenige kosten- und entschädigungspflichtig wird, der das unnütze Rechtsmittel ergriffen hat;
dass deshalb die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen und diese zu verpflichten ist, die Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren zu entschädigen;
erkennt das Bundesgericht:

Die staatsrechtliche Beschwerde wird infolge Gegenstandslosigkeit abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 5'000.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat die Beschwerdegegner für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit insgesamt Fr. 15'000.-- zu entschädigen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the constitutional complaint remained justiciable after the parallel appeal was upheld and the challenged judgment was set aside.
The complaint became moot and had to be struck out.
Because the simultaneously filed appeal was allowed on the same date, the challenged cantonal judgment was annulled. The constitutional complaint therefore no longer had a subject matter.
Who bears the costs and compensation when one of two parallel remedies becomes moot because the other succeeds.
The party that brought the unnecessary remedy must bear the court fee and pay compensation to the opposing parties.
When one of two remedies in the same matter becomes moot, the costs and party compensation are imposed on the party that filed the superfluous remedy.
