The appellant withdrew his constitutional complaint against the Zurich High Court’s eviction order. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the matter from the docket and, considering the circumstances, waived court costs. The order was notified to the parties and to the Zurich High Court.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal and costs under Art. 66 Abs. 2 BGG: If an appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court discontinues the proceedings by order. In such circumstances, court costs may be waived where the case circumstances so justify. The discontinuance follows directly from the withdrawal and does not require a substantive examination of the challenged decision.

verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
