Failure to meet these strict requirements leads to non-entry under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG. Costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG.

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Beschluss vom 14. Mai 2010 des Obergerichts des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 1. Zivilkammer.
In Erwägung,
dass der Appellationshof des Kantons Bern, 1. Zivilkammer, mit Beschluss vom 14. Mai 2010 feststellte, dass die von der Beschwerdeführerin gegen den Exmissionsentscheid der Gerichtspräsidentin 3 des Gerichtskreises III Aarberg-Büren-Erlach vom 16. März 2010 eingelegte Nichtigkeitsklage wegen verspäteter Leistung des Gerichtskostenvorschusses dahingefallen ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 2. Juni 2010 datierte und als "Beschwerde in Zivilsachen" bezeichnete Eingabe einreichte, in der sie sinngemäss erklärte, den Entscheid des Obergerichts anfechten zu wollen;
dass eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im vorliegenden Fall nicht zulässig ist, weil der erforderliche Streitwert von Fr. 15'000.-- (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG) nicht erreicht wird und sich keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne von Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass mit einer solchen Beschwerde ausschliesslich die Verletzung von verfassungsmässigen Rechten gerügt werden kann (Art. 116 BGG);
dass in der Beschwerdeschrift dargelegt werden muss, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die vorliegende Beschwerdeschrift diesen Anforderungen nicht genügt und deshalb auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 1. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
