In a tenancy dispute, the complainant failed to pay the advance on costs even within the additional deadline set by the Federal Supreme Court. The First Civil Law Division therefore did not enter into the constitutional complaint. Court costs of CHF 500 were charged to the complainant. The decision was notified to the parties, the Zürich Cantonal Court II Civil Chamber, and the Zürich Cantonal Court of Cassation.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the advance on costs within the additional time-limit results in non-entry on the appeal. Where the appellant fails to comply with the court-ordered cost advance despite a grace period, the court decides in summary procedure not to enter into the matter; the appeal is not examined on the merits. Court costs are generally borne by the appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, und dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Under Art. 62(3) BGG, failure to pay the required advance on costs within the set additional time-limit results in non-entry under Art. 108(1)(a) BGG.
