The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the constitutional complaint because the appellant failed to pay the required advance costs even after an extended deadline. Earlier requests for legal aid and reconsideration had been denied. The court imposed federal court costs of CHF 500 on the appellant and awarded no compensation to the respondent, who had incurred no expenses in the federal proceedings.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; failure to pay the advance on costs after expiry of the set and extended deadline leads to non-entry on the appeal. Where the appellant does not comply with the advance-payment order, the Federal Supreme Court is barred from examining the merits. Costs are borne by the unsuccessful party pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG; no party compensation is due absent compensable expenses. The non-entry may be decided in simplified procedure under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a and Abs. 2 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass das Bundesgericht das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Prozessführung für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Verfügung vom 8. März 2013 abwies und die Beschwerdeführerin am 18. März 2013 aufforderte, einen Kostenvorschuss in der Höhe von Fr. 2'000.-- zu leisten;
dass das Bundesgericht sodann ein gegen die Abweisung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege gerichtetes Wiedererwägungsgesuch der Beschwerdeführerin vom 28. März 2013 mit Verfügung vom 19. April 2013 abwies, soweit es darauf eintrat, und der Beschwerdeführerin am 30. April 2013 eine neue Frist zur Bezahlung des Kostenvorschusses ansetzte;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der ihr mit Verfügung vom 17. Mai 2013 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat;
dass somit gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass dem Beschwerdegegner keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist, da ihm durch das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren kein Aufwand erwachsen ist;
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
