The applicant filed several civil actions in Basel-Stadt and later complained to the Federal Supreme Court of denial and delay of justice by the civil court, also requesting a transfer of the proceedings to the Federal Supreme Court. The Court held that the complaint was obviously inadmissible because the applicant had not exhausted the available cantonal supervisory remedy before the Appellationsgericht and because a procedural transfer to the Federal Supreme Court is not possible. The complaint was therefore not entered into, and no court costs were charged.
Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; denial of justice complaint and exhaustion of cantonal remedies; procedural transfer to the Federal Supreme Court is not available. A complaint alleging denial or delay of justice against a lower cantonal court is inadmissible where the canton provides an effective supervisory remedy that must be exhausted first (consid. 2). A request to have pending civil proceedings "transferred" to the Federal Supreme Court has no procedural basis; the litigant must await the cantonal decisions and pursue the ordinary appellate path. In such circumstances, the complaint is manifestly inadmissible under the simplified procedure of Art. 108 BGG. Cost relief may be granted where the circumstances so justify (Art. 66 Abs. 1 second sentence BGG).

dass die Beschwerdeführerin im Laufe des Jahres 2009 beim Zivilgericht Basel-Stadt mehrere Klagen gegen die X.________ AG, Y.________ AG sowie Z.________ S.A. einreichte;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht am 11. Mai 2010 eine Beschwerde einreichte, in der sie dem Zivilgericht Rechtsverweigerung und Rechtsverzögerung vorwarf;
dass das Bundesgericht mit Urteil vom 28. Juli 2010 auf die Beschwerde nicht eintrat, wobei in der Begründung des Urteils namentlich darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass im Kanton Basel-Stadt gegen Rechtsverzögerung und Rechtsverweigerung der unteren Gerichte Aufsichtsbeschwerde beim Appellationsgericht des Kantons Basel-Stadt geführt werden könne (§ 71 Abs. 1 Ziff. 4 GOG/BS);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht am 29. November 2010 erneut eine Beschwerde einreichte, in der sie sich über die vor dem Zivilgericht hängigen Verfahren negativ äusserte und unter Berufung auf Art. 13 und 17 EMRK eine "Verfahrensüberweisung" an das Bundesgericht verlangte;
dass aus den von der Beschwerdeführerin eingereichten Schriftstücken hervorgeht, dass das Zivilgericht in Bezug auf die erwähnten Klagen seit Juli 2010 bestimmte Verfahrensschritte vorgenommen hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin erneut darauf hinzuweisen ist, dass sie den kantonalen Instanzenzug hätte ausschöpfen müssen, falls sie dem Zivilgericht Rechtsverzögerung oder Rechtsverweigerung vorwerfen will;
dass sodann festzuhalten ist, dass eine "Verfahrensüberweisung" an das Bundesgericht prozessual nicht möglich ist, sondern die Beschwerdeführerin die Entscheide des Zivilgerichts bezüglich ihrer Klagen abzuwarten hat und danach den kantonalen Instanzenzug ausschöpfen muss;
dass somit auf die offensichtlich unzulässige Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);
erkennt die Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Zivilgericht Basel-Stadt schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The complaint was inadmissible because the applicant had to first exhaust the cantonal supervisory remedy against the lower court.
