dass die Beschwerdegegnerin keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat, da ihr aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand entstanden ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Justizkommission, Zivilrechtliche Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
