In a civil appeal concerning a license agreement and interim measures, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 29 March 2007. The Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings under Art. 32(2) BGG. It further ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500 under Art. 66(3) BGG. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Lucerne Cantonal Court of Appeal, First Chamber.

Es wird in Erwägung gezogen:
Die Beschwerdeführerin hat mit Schreiben vom 29. März 2007 ihre Beschwerde zurückgezogen. Die Beschwerde ist demnach im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG abzuschreiben. Die Kosten sind der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG).
Demnach wird im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, I. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
