The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the civil appeal because the appellant failed to pay the ordered cost advance even within the additional deadline. The president therefore issued a non-entry decision in summary proceedings under Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. The appellant was ordered to pay a court fee of CHF 500. erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 2. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
