The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the civil appeal because the appellant failed to pay the ordered cost advance even after the additional deadline. erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, III. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
