Résumé

The appellant withdrew her appeal to the Federal Supreme Court in a case concerning preventive evidence-taking. The single judge therefore struck the proceedings from the docket as terminated by withdrawal. Applying Art. 66 BGG, the Court ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500. The order was notified to the parties and the Zurich High Court.

dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 15. Oktober 2012 ihre Beschwerde vom 20. Mai 2012 gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 14. Mai 2012 zurückgezogen hat;
dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 BGG);

verfügt die Einzelrichterin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
