In a lease dispute, the appellant company failed to pay the court advance even after the additional deadline set by the Federal Supreme Court. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint under Art. 62(3) and Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 500.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the court advance within the additional deadline leads to non-entry on the complaint. If the advance is not paid despite a grace period, the Federal Supreme Court may decide in summary procedure not to enter into the matter. The party causing the non-entry bears the court costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 11. September 2013 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the advance payment was not made within the additional deadline, the complaint could not be heard.
Under Art. 62(3) BGG and in the procedure of Art. 108(1)(a) BGG, failure to pay the required advance after expiry of the grace period results in non-entry.
Allocation of court costs after non-entry.
The court costs were imposed on the appellant.
As the appellant caused the inadmissibility, it had to bear the costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
