The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the appeal by X. GmbH against the Commercial Court of Zurich because the ordered cost advance was not paid even within the additional time limit. In summary procedure, the Court held that the statutory precondition for continuation of the appeal was missing and therefore issued a non-entry decision. The appellant was also ordered to pay court costs of CHF 500.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the appellant did not pay the cost advance even after the grace period, the Court declined to enter into the appeal.
