The appellant withdrew its complaint against the Zurich Commercial Court's order in an organizational-defect matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case off the docket pursuant to Art. 32(2) BGG. Applying Art. 66(3) BGG, it imposed court costs of CHF 300 on the appellant. The order was communicated to the parties and to the Commercial Court.

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
