The appellants X.________ Sàrl and Y.________ appealed a Vaud tenancy court decision but withdrew the appeal by letter of 1 May 2012. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case struck from the docket. It also imposed reduced judicial costs of CHF 300 on the appellants.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of appeal and striking of the case from the docket; upon valid withdrawal of the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court takes note thereof and removes the case from the docket. Under Art. 66 al. 2 LTF, the withdrawing appellants bear the reduced judicial costs.

considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle
(art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que les recourants supportent les frais judiciaires réduits (art. 66 al. 2 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
3.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal des baux du canton de Vaud.
